AN ACT to repeal section thirty-seven, article ten, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to public employees retirement expense fund.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 10. WEST VIRGINIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT ACT.

§ 1. Repeal of section relating to the public employees retirement expense fund.

Section thirty-seven, article ten, chapter five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
